Viblo AI – Terms of Service

1. Service Description

• Viblo AI provides subscription-based online access to AI-powered video editing and content creation tools.
• All services are delivered digitally via web login; no physical products are shipped.
• Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• By subscribing, you represent that the information you provide (name, email, payment details) is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• Viblo AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• By subscribing, you authorize Viblo AI (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated, and may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once you have accessed or used the service. Accessing the service is considered delivery of the product.
• To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date via your account dashboard or by contacting support@viblo.ai.
• Charges already processed are final and non-refundable.

6. Delivery of Services

• Viblo AI services are considered delivered and received once login credentials and account access have been provided.
• Usage logs, IP records, and timestamps serve as proof of delivery in the event of disputes.
• An automated “Welcome Email” with access details is sent to the customer immediately after payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or transfer your account.
• Use Viblo AI for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or fraud.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or bypass Viblo AI’s security features.
• Abuse the platform by automated scraping, excessive usage, or activity outside of intended use.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Results

• Viblo AI provides access to software and tools. Individual results may vary.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as video virality, views, income, or business success.
• Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a chargeback.

9. Intellectual Property

• All software, features, and content provided by Viblo AI are owned by AP Consulting Pty Ltd (Australia).
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our software or content is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

• If you have an issue with your subscription, you must contact us directly at support@viblo.ai.
• Filing a chargeback without first contacting Viblo AI may result in account suspension and permanent ban.
• In the event of a dispute, Viblo AI reserves the right to present account activity logs, invoices, and these Terms as evidence of valid delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Viblo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent billing cycle.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

13. Changes to Terms

• Viblo AI may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
• Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
