Viblo AI – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Viblo AI is committed to providing transparency and fairness when it comes to billing, cancellations, and
refunds. By starting a free trial or subscribing to Viblo AI, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation
Policy.
1. Free Trial
- Viblo AI offers a 7-day free trial to allow customers to evaluate the service
before payment is required.
- You will not be charged during the free trial.
- At the end of the free trial, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically unless
cancelled before the trial ends.
2. Subscription Charges
- Once your free trial has ended and payment is processed, all charges are final and
non-refundable.
- By entering your payment details and starting a free trial, you authorize Viblo AI (via Stripe) to
charge your card automatically at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before renewal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending
on your plan) until cancelled.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting
support@viblo.ai.
- Cancellations are effective immediately, but charges already processed are
non-refundable.
4. Upgrades & Additional Purchases
- If you choose to upgrade your subscription or purchase additional credits during your free trial or
active subscription, those payments are final and non-refundable.
- Upgrades take effect immediately upon purchase.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where:
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing error, or
- A technical issue prevented access to Viblo AI (and confirmed by our support team).
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@viblo.ai within 7 days of the charge.
- Dissatisfaction with results or outcomes does not qualify for a refund. Viblo AI provides access to
tools, not guaranteed results.
6. Chargebacks
- Filing a chargeback without first contacting Viblo AI is a violation of this policy.
- In the event of a dispute, Viblo AI will provide Stripe and your bank with:
- Account activity logs (logins, IPs, and usage records).
- Proof of digital delivery (welcome email, access granted).
- A copy of this Refund & Cancellation Policy agreed to at checkout.
- Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts permanently suspended.
